SHIPPING POLICY
All ready-made products will be despatched within 2 working days of ordering.

Human clothing and accessories are made to order, production times are currently five working days.
​
Items labelled handmade are also made to order and will be despatched within 5 working days of ordering.

Free delivery on all UK orders over £30
Free delivery on all international orders over £50
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and charges in the destination country. The Muttley Club has no control over these and responsibility for these lies with the customer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
To be eligible for a return we will require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them in.

1. Please email hello@themuttleyclub.com with your order number in the subject bar. Please include details of the item you are returning and reason why.

2. We will then reply to confirm receipt of your return request and to let you know the return address. Products for return must be sent back within 14 days of us letting you know the return address. We recommend you use a signed-for delivery service (with proof of postage). Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product, unless the product is faulty.

3. Once we have received and inspected the package we will notify you if the refund has been approved, and if so, we will process the refunded directly to your original payment method.
​
We cannot guarantee that we will have an alternative size in stock at the time of your request of an exchange, but if we do, we will confirm an exchange is possible with you and hold the item for seven days until we receive your return. Please note there will be an additional delivery charge and the original delivery cannot be refunded.
